The After School Care Program (ASC) is a service for students enrolled at Holy Spirit Catholic School. As an extension of our regular school day, students are supervised in a safe, Christian environment. Holy Spirit families can choose a full-time status for a flat monthly rate or a drop-in rate billed per hour of use.
In order to ensure a streamlined process we do not offer monthly pro-rates, and no changes in the enrollment plan will be permitted during the year. We ask that any change in status due to a significant cause (i.e.: maternity leave, job change, deployment of a spouse, etc.) be sent in writing to Administration for approval. We encourage all current families to complete and return the ASC form regardless of their intentions, as situations may arise where ASC is needed.
Hours Of Operation
Our ASC hours of operation are as follow:
Monday-Friday
Dismissal to 6:00 p.m.
A charge of $3.00 per minute will be assessed for any student not picked up by 6:00 p.m.
Monthly ASC
Families selecting the monthly ASC program will be charged a one-time $50.00 registration fee through their FACTS account.

2 Students $225.00
3 Students $300.00
4 Students $350.00
Drop-In ASC
Families selecting the Drop-in ASC program will be invoiced at the beginning of the following month for drop-in services through their FACTS account.
