Holy Spirit Catholic School has partnered with Luby's Culinary Services, Inc., a company under PAPPAS restaurant division. Parents may pre-order a lunch from Luby’s Culinary Services, Inc. through FACTS or students may bring a lunch from home.
Luby's Lunch Q&A
A monthly menu is sent out, and students will decide daily whether to purchase lunch. If you are running late in the morning and do not have time to make lunch, or if they forget their lunch at home, they can eat a Luby’s lunch without additional fees. Internally, we will capture students’ names going through the lunch line daily. Parents are billed weekly for lunches purchased, and payment will be due within ten business days. You will no longer be spending money on pre-ordered lunches when your student is absent.
The Luby’s daily Combo Meal includes a protein, sides, and a beverage (white milk, chocolate milk, or a 16 oz. bottled water).
The Luby’s Sandwich Pack Meal includes either a Ham/Cheese sandwich or a Turkey/Cheese sandwich, chips, and a beverage.
Luby’s Beverages choices include white milk, chocolate milk, or a 16 oz. water bottle. Students not purchasing a daily meal may still order a beverage separately for a fee.
The Luby’s Extra Entrée includes the protein only.
If a student forgets a lunch, a forgotten lunch will be provided which may be the daily meal being served or a sandwich pack. There will be a $2.00 service fee for a forgotten lunch and the fee will be charged to family FACTS accounts each week.
